All musicians young or old perform!

Core to Jessica's lesson curriculum are the recitals. Recitals are a way for students to show their family, extended family and friends the fruits of their hard work. Some recitals take place in concert halls in the city, while others take place at the homes of some students. Each year Jessica puts on two recitals and requires that her students participate in at least one of them. These take place in December and May. Students usually prepare two songs, or one longer song. Jessica works withs students to choose their repertoire. The pieces they prepare might be pop tunes, holiday songs, musical numbers, or etudes. She's had student/parent duets and other various 4 hands performances.
